 1. Lay flat a similar garment you feel comfortable in with arm sleeves out

 2. Measure 2.5 cm down from where sleeve is sewn on to the body of the garment

 3. Measure across from side seam to side seam to get ½ chest measurement

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we’re happy to help. Here is the process:

> Product/s must have been purchased from www.butfirstea.com online store.

> Please email info@butfirstea.com for returns with reference number and reason. 

> We advise you use a traceable postage service as but First Tea will not be responsible for parcels that do not reach our warehouse.

> Once your return / exchange has been received by But First Tea, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process the refund / exchange. 

Please note: You are responsible for shipping costs and the safe return of the item(s) back to us.  In case of an exchange or refund (not including faulty or broken items), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us & we will pay for the new exchanged product(s) to be shipped to you from our warehouse. 

If you return an item purchased through Afterpay, follow the return procedure above.
